Ingredients
4-6 oz. cold water
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla (or one packet any HMR Shake mix)
1/2 banana, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
2 packets noncaloric sweetener (aspartame)
Preparation
- Pour cold water and begin mixing on lowest speed.
- While blender is on, add shake mix*. Blend for about 10 seconds.
- Add fruit and sweetener.
- Blend on the highest speed for 30 seconds.
