Strawberry Banana Supreme

HMR’s best smoothie!

Ingredients
4-6 oz. cold water
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla (or one packet any HMR Shake mix)
1/2 banana, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
2 packets noncaloric sweetener (aspartame)

Preparation

  1. Pour cold water and begin mixing on lowest speed.
  2. While blender is on, add shake mix*. Blend for about 10 seconds.
  3. Add fruit and sweetener.
  4. Blend on the highest speed for 30 seconds.
